Langlois Sports Management, LLC is a dynamic organization that specializes in providing consultation and high-level training for individuals aiming to elevate their playing opportunities. Under the leadership of Jonathan Langlois, who serves as the Director, the company is deeply involved in the soccer community. LSM is notably associated with Project Football of the UPSL and EPSL, a progressive soccer club based in Sale, Massachusetts. Langlois Sports Management plays a crucial role in developing top-tier soccer talent, offering programs that provide players with opportunities at both the collegiate and professional levels in the US and Europe. The company is committed to supporting and engaging with both local and international soccer communities, while also benefiting from extensive media exposure and direct consumer engagement.

Jonathan Langlois has over 10 years of coaching experience at many different levels, including youth, high school, club and the national level and has worked with players who have gone on to compete at top level universities and professional teams across the world. Jonathan has extensive background in club management, having been involved with some of the largest clubs in Massachusetts. Additionally, he currently holds USSF Licenses, National Soccer Coaches of America Diplomas as well as UEFA credentials. He is currently enrolled in the FIFA Agent Course.

Langlois, playing career dates back to his childhood playing for Lynn Youth Soccer as well as indoor club. He then went on to play at Lynn English High School as a goalkeeper. Jon has played in different local leagues as well as on the national stage. After his playing career had come to an end he was the founding member of one of Boston's "loudest" soccer clubs competing in the UPSL, Boston Siege FC as well as was a member of the partnership group which created a highly successful youth club.

In 2025 Project Football was born into the UPSL. Just one year later, over 100 players coming through the system and 5 players offered European Contracts , Project Football has grown to 2 teams now competing in the UPSL as well as the EPSL.
